For Emergencies During Non-Business Hours
Please call our office phone, (252) 261-1200 and follow the prompts for emergencies. This will allow you to leave a message for the on-call manager.
Emergencies consist of water leaks, floods, lockouts, alarms sounding, and similar. Please do not use this line for non-emergencies during non-business hours, such as for a cable outage or a request for a pool code. These messages should be left in the general voice mail box and will be addressed on the next business day.
