I would like to express how excited I am to finish my tenure as President with this honor of winning the 2010 Small Resort Community of the Year in North Carolina . This is such a huge accomplishment for The Hammocks and affirms what I have always believed, The Hammocks is truly the best community in North Carolina!Doris Ponessi, Former President The Hammocks Community Association, Corolla, NC
As former President of the condominium association I worked closely with Seaside Management for 9 years. Since day one they’ve been responsive to both owners and association needs. Their entire staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. Most importantly, the Seaside Management family is a group you can call friends.Bob Warner, Former President Crystal Shores Condo Association, Kill Devil Hills, NC
I’m selling my condo to buy a larger single family home. I’ll look for a house in one of the communities you manage. You all do such a great job!John Morris, Owner

Four Seasons in Duck was named 2011 Resort Community of the Year by Community Associations Institute -NC Chapter. This is tremendous news for all Four Seasons owners as it provides recognition of our hard work to maintain “premier status”.Megyn Copeland, Former President Four Seasons in Duck POA, Duck, NC
I know I said thank you yesterday but I wanted you to know, that in my whole career I have never had anyone give me as much information about a condo complex, send me all the information I needed to be up to date and knowledgeable, or anyone that took the amount of time that you did, to fill me in on everything that I needed to know. It was a pleasure talking with you and you are the best!Madonna VanCuren, Sun Realty, the "M&M Team"
