The Hammocks, located within The Currituck Club in Corolla, NC is a “community within a community”. Enjoy the small neighborhood feel. The landscaping and irrigation are maintained by the association, except what is in the fenced-in backyards. There is an outdoor community pool that is exclusive to Hammocks owners and their guests.
As part of the larger Currituck Club community, Hammocks owners also enjoy use of three more outdoor pools, tennis courts, fitness center, trolley transportation around the community and to the beach, and special activities during the summer.
It is no wonder this exceptional community was awarded “2010 Small Resort Community of the Year” by the North Carolina Chapter of Community Associations Institute.
