News & Updates

We are EXCITED to Congratulate the following communities for earning a Community Association Excellence Seal of Distinction thorough CAI-NC.

Arlington Place Property Owners Association, Inc.

Beacon Villas at Corolla Light Association, Inc.

Ocean Crest Property Owners Association, Inc.

Sea Dunes Homeowners Association, Inc.

This new program is unique in recognizing solid leadership on the part of both managers and community boards. You can all be proud that your communities have earned this honor, through great leadership and strong community values.

Seaside Management, AAMC

Seaside Management has recently joined the elite group of community association management companies who have earned the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designation through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). We are proud to say that we are the only Accredited Association Management Company in Northeastern North Carolina and one of only 150 management companies nationwide who have earned the highest level of professional recognition in the community association field.

To earn the prestigious AAMC distinction, management companies must meet stringent requirements set forth by CAI. Some of these requirements include having multiple years of experience in the association management field based on client verification, at least half of the managers having been at the company for at least two years and hold a professional management credential, and having a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designee as one of the company’s senior managers. The PCAM is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management, and Kelly holds this designation.

As you may or may not know, managers employed by Seaside Management continue their professional education through advanced management courses offered by CAI. Through the knowledge, experience, and integrity necessary to obtain their professional designations, our managers are able to provide knowledgeable management services to you and your Association.

We enjoy working with you all and would like to thank you for the opportunity to be your management company.  We appreciate the confidence you have placed in us and will continue to provide you with top-notch service.

A Big Winter Welcome

Baby it’s cold outside, snow and ice on the ground the first week of January, and freezing temperatures for more than a week.  But we’ve hit the (frozen) ground running and offer a very warm welcome to two new associations.  The Villas at Corolla Bay (in Corolla, of course) and OceanCrest (in Duck).  Looking forward to many years together!

Welcome Palmers Island

We are pleased to welcome Palmers Island Club POA to our portfolio of managed associations. Palmers Island is situated in the northernmost stretch of oceanfront in Dare County, with sweeping views of ocean and sound, sunrise and sunset.  Glad to have them aboard!
