Hurricane Florence, Mandatory Evacuation

We are watching Hurricane Florence closely and monitoring its potential path.

We will be taking the necessary precautions to secure items in the common areas such as pool furniture. Seaside Management does not secure any of your deck furniture or other personal property. Please make arrangements with your rental companies or maintenance personnel to secure those items. For buildings with elevators, they will be locked off on one of the upper floors to prevent flood damage to the cab. They will return to operation as soon as the storm passes.
